This form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. This form is for each individual requiring this assessment. E.g. if you have 4 staff you need to complete 4 forms.
This assessment requires the person to have a relatively good understanding of how to scaffold in NZ regardless of their overseas work experience. This assessment does not just assess them at the advanced level but also the elementary level, often the elementary work is something some overseas workers are not as familiar with. We therefore recommend you get this assessment completed once the person has spent a minimum of 12 months working in the NZ team and getting a good understanding of how to apply the Good Practice Guidelines and work in NZ teams. Call the office if you have any questions about this.
Once we've reviewed your application, we'll be in contact.
If you have problems with this form, please contact us.
