My CoC has expired, what should I do?

If your CoC has been expired for more than 6 weeks, you will need to apply for a New Full CoC instead of a renewal.

How much does it cost to apply for a CoC?
A renewal costs $77.50 and a New Full CoC costs $112.00.
All prices include GST.

 

How do I know when my CoC is done?
You will receive a confirmation email from SARNZ and your updated details will be available on the public CoC Registry here:

How long does it take to receive my CoC?
SARNZ aims to process your application and update the public register within 2–3 days of receiving it.
Your physical CoC card can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in the mail.

I’ve lost my CoC card, can I get a replacement?
Yes. You can apply for a replacement card here:
https://www.sarnz.co.nz/cocs/apply-to-order-replacement-coc-card

The cost for a replacement card is $20.
